Joint Communiqué of the 19th European Union-Central Asia Ministerial Meeting, 23 October 2023, Luxembourg

On 23 October 2023, the Foreign Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Republic of Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and the Republic of Uzbekistan and of the EU member states, as well as the EU’s High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and the European Commissioner for International Partnerships held their 19th EU-Central Asia Ministerial Meeting in Luxembourg.
