Today, Europol, Eurojust and the European Judicial Network publish the 2023 edition of the SIRIUS European Union (EU) Electronic Evidence Situation Report.This report was first presented at the SIRIUS Annual Conference which saw over 900 participants take part in this hybrid event between 21-23 November 2023.The latest SIRIUS publication outlines the experiences of EU authorities in retrieving electronic data held by foreign-based service providers, and their experiences in delivering data, for the purpose of criminal investigations over the past year.
