We are hiring Case Controllers!
Case Controllers play a vital role in ensuring cases proceed at pace and in accordance with the relevant legal and other applicable casework standards.
You will be accountable for liaising with the Head of Division to agree the resources required for your cases and will be accountable for ensuring that the staff allocated to your cases work together cohesively and professionally.
You will also be responsible to provide regular feedback to the staff regarding their performance and development.
