🌿🌍 The second and final day of the international conference “Clean Earth, Clean Money: unmasking environmental crimes and money laundering” successfully concluded.
This event demonstrated a powerful truth: environmental crime is a serious global threat – one that generates illicit profits fueling corruption, organized crime, and international money laundering.
Day 2 opened with remarks by Eggert Á., Legal Advisor and Strategic Analyst at FIU Iceland. The spotlight then shifted to forestry crimes and illegal fishing, featuring:
