Delivering our ambitions as an organisation requires bold action.
Since the launch of our five-year strategy last year, we have already seen early successes and we’re on track to deliver our vision in full by 2029.
To continue driving this forward, we are working to a new Business Plan under Director Nicholas Ephgrave QPM.
The plan focuses on:
✅ Progressing whistleblower incentivisation reform.
✅ Delivering the Data Driven Review project (DDR), to improve large-scale document reviews.
✅ Continuing to invest in and maintain organisational security and resilience.
