Thank you to #EuroFi and all the speakers who joined us for a timely and engaging panel discussion on the future of AML supervision.
Bruna Szego, Chair of AMLA, chaired the discussion, which opened with a brief overview of AMLA’s short-term priorities. The panel then addressed how supervisors, financial institutions, and the private sector are preparing for the upcoming regulatory framework.
A key part of the discussion focused on the role of AI and machine learning in the fight against money laundering—highlighting both the opportunities these technologies present and the risks that must be managed.
We are grateful to all participants for their insights and contributions to this important dialogue.

📍 Big news from AMLA — we’ve signed the lease for our official headquarters in Frankfurt!
We’re proud to be joining the vibrant community of Frankfurt, with our new home located in the Messeturm. We’ll be settling into the top floors of the building.
💬 “After kindly being hosted in the building since the start of the year, we are excited to make our long-term stay in the building official,” said Bruna Szego the Chair of AMLA.
This marks a major milestone for our agency as we establish our permanent seat and continue building a strong foundation for our work across Europe.
