We’re looking for two experienced Communication Officers for our Newsdesk team📣
As a Communication Officer, you will have skills in press relations, a sharp news sense, strong relationship building skills and demonstrable experience of landing positive stories to further an organisation’s mission.
What you’ll do:
➡️ Build understanding of the Serious Fraud Office and spot media opportunities.
➡️ Write press responses to journalists, often under tight deadlines.
➡️ Build relationships with media outlets across national, international and specialist sectors.
➡️ Create digital content that strengthens the SFO brand.
You’ll work with colleagues in the communication team as well as lawyers, investigators and intelligence specialists across the office to highlight the SFO’s work, tell our story effectively, and maintain our trusted reputation.
