In a rerun of local elections on Sunday, Serbia’s ruling right-wing Serbian Progressive Party (SNS), led by President Aleksandar Vučić, declared victory nearly six months after accusations of fraud in a prior poll ignited weeks of protests. Opposition parties now assert – the SNS cheated again.
