Sassoon, the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, announced today that former U.S. Senator Robert Menendez, Wael Hana, a/k/a “Will Hana,” and Fred Daibes, were sentenced to 11 years, more than eight years, and seven years in prison, respectively, for bribery, foreign agent, and obstruction of justice offenses.
