I talked about innovation in my recent interview with @Christopher Crosby from @Law360 UK and barriers to change.
I explored the changes we’re making on many fronts: from building a consensus to incentivise whistleblowers, to testing fresh approaches to recover the proceeds of crime, to trialling machine learning in live disclosure exercises.
I also emphasised the progress we’re making with a review of our past use of e-discovery software – we’ve identified nothing of concern and are keeping all parties updated as we go.
