De Kansspelautoriteit (Ksa) weigerde in 2023 de vergunningsaanvraag van een op Malta gevestigde online kansspelaanbieder. De aanbieder ging niet akkoord met deze weigering en spande een rechtszaak aan. De rechtbank in Den Haag heeft nu geoordeeld dat de Ksa de vergunning terecht geweigerd heeft.
